Maloney has been active in various campaigns, including serving as campaign manager for Allen Alley’s 2010 gubernatorial campaign in Oregon and state Sen. Brad Zaun’s 2010 race for Iowa’s 3rd Congressional District against Democratic incumbent Leonard Boswell. Maloney also consulted for state Rep. Bob Onder’s 2008 9th District congressional campaign in Missouri and had been involved in Mike Huckabee’s presidential campaign.
